I don't know what you're talking about. This little boy does NOT have a large head. Take this muffin, for example. It's actually SMALLER than Zane's head! I think I've proven my point.

I think it's funny that his head is shaped just like the muffin. Yummmmm, muffin....

OH POOR LITTLE RICHARDS BOY! AT LEAST HE'S A CUTE! I THINK HE IS GROWING INTO HIS HEAD JUST FINE, AS FOR THE MUFFIN, IT MAKES ME HUNGRY!
