I don't know what you're talking about. This little boy does NOT have a large head. Take this muffin, for example. It's actually SMALLER than Zane's head! I think I've proven my point.

You're a Fraidy Cat. What? Didn't you hear me? Are Fraidy Cat's ears too tiny?
Humor me as I explore the dichotomy (don't panic- it's just a word) of a little girl I like to call Sadie. There are 2 sides of this girl I'd like to discuss, although there are many layers to this One. The first is her FEARLESSNESS. She wants to win. She has her goals in mind, and she WILL make it happen. Lately her and Deano have been having bike races around our yard. The track is circular. As they approach the first turn, Deano will undoubtedly let off the pedaling and coast around the turn. He's been hurt before and thank you very much he will have no part in that if he can help it. Sadie on the other hand, will sacrifice life and limb. There will be no letting off the pedals, that's for wimps. She will do whatever it takes to be victorious in the end. She wins EVERY time. Deano's pride is broken. I don't know why he keeps agreeing to race her. I don't have any pix of their races, but these photos of a recent soccer game at Mombee and Grampa's house illustrates my point.

He's so cute I could just lick him!
Contrary to popular belief, I do have more kids than just Deano. I have been feeling bad that the last few posts have only been about him...so I have repented and promise to be an equal-opportunity blogger for all the kids. Today is Gizbert's turn.
Since he is "Zane the Train Man" we got him this train conductor hat for Christmas. He loves it so much. Whenever we are going somewhere he always says, "Wait! I have to get my hat!" He wears it wherever we go. You'd think this obsession would have rubbed off by now, but it's still going strong! What a cutie!
